Lord Percival Tubbs was husband to Lady Tubb who together lived in Croxton Hall. Their wedding was attended by the Doctor who frequently attended their annual wedding anniversary parties. Lord Tubb was a horologist (a collector of clocks) and had built up an impressive collection which he stored in the Clock Room of the house on the ground floor. Events surrounding the attempted theft of the Ancient Horologe (a wedding gift from the Doctor), caused one of their parties to be cancelled when as a result of the attempted theft, the Horologe was broken and all those nearest to it become trapped in a different time. When the Doctor manages to repair the clock all members of Lord Tubbs’ household are returned to there proper time and the thief is safely apprehended. (DWAM: 13 O'Clock)
