Starship are spacecraft designed to travel between star systems or galaxies.
Starships can traverse these distances in two basic ways:
- Starships that use faster-than-light travel.
- Starship which travel at or under the speed of light but put crew members in suspended animation.
- Generation starships such as The Ark. (DW: The Ark)
- We do not know at what time in history Humans will develop starships, although they seem to exist by the early 21st century. (DW: Nightmare of Eden)
