Hospital (World Enough and Time)

A hospital was present on Floor 1056 on a Mondasian colony ship on which the Twelfth Doctor, with Bill, Nardole and Missy landed on.

After Jorj shot her through the chest, Bill was taken by cybernetic patients to the hospital on floor 1056 to be "repaired". There, she encountered a surgeon, a nurse and a disguised Master. Over the years, the technology grew more advanced and Bill soon became the first fully converted cybernetic humanoid. (TV: World Enough and Time)

After the Twelfth Doctor altered the Master's controls to have the Cybermen convert two hearted beings as well as humans, they fought off the army of Mondasian Cybermen on the hospital floor until Nardole collected them in a shuttle pod so they could evacuate to Floor 0507. The Cybermen continued to use the hospital to convert all the residents and evolved upgraded themselves into improved models as the years past.
