Philip Latham (born 17 January 1929[1]) played Borusa in the Doctor Who television story The Five Doctors.
Latham's other credits included Emergency – Ward 10, Danger Man, The Saint, The Plane Makers, Z-Cars, Dr. Finlay's Casebook, No Hiding Place, The Avengers, Sergeant Cork, UFO and Hammer House of Horror. However, Latham is most famous for playing Willy Izard on The Troubleshooters, Plantagenet on The Pallisers and Arthur Bourne on The Cedar Tree.
