Ranesh was a colleague, and later a fiancé of Alan Turing after Alan was given a robotic Galatean body. The two of them took care of Chiyoko on the lunar colony Athenia. The engagement was broken off, and Alan went missing. Two years later, Ranesh reunited with Alan at a replica of King's College, Cambridge. After Alan defeated the Phantom Piper, he returned to live with Ranesh and Chiyoko. Alan proposed to Ranesh, which Ranesh accepted. (COMIC: The Phantom Piper)
