The Hand of Time was a novel written by the amnesiac Time Lord Marnal during his time on Earth. It was published in 1976. Like the rest of his work, it involved Gallifrey, which Marnal had forgotten was a real place. It referenced the Time Lords' non-interference policy and described the fluxing nature of the web of time. (PROSE: The Gallifrey Chronicles)
