Tardis talk:Spotlight Articles Monthly nominations

This doesn't quite work without a policy and procedures in place. I've actually started the process to try and reform the system we're using (rather than create another system) see discussion here: Forum:Revising Featured article process. As starting a 'Spotlight articles' system as is suggested here leaves us with all the feature article nominations banners etc still in place and not doing anything.--Tangerineduel 07:00, October 25, 2009 (UTC)
