Captain Tybo was a Judoon who piloted the Judoon Life Carrier carrying Androvax when it crashlanded on Earth. Tybo went after Androvax, who escaped. Sarah Jane Smith found out about this and she and her team later searched for them, they then found Tybo attacking Androvax with his blaster.
When searching for him Androvax sneaked up on Tybo and knocked him unconscious he was later found by Sarah Jane and he assimilated her language and catalouged her as Human. When Sarah Jane was later possessed by Androvax, Tybo help Clyde,Rani and Luke find her.
Since Humans were considered an unimportant primitive species by the Shadow Proclamation, Tybo regarded them as irrelevant. He also didn't care about revealing himself to them such as when he stole a police car and threatened a driver to turn his music down.
He then got to Sarah Jane Smith's house and found that Sarah Jane under Androvax's control had set the house on Self Destruct. Thankfully Luke Smith stopped this from happening. They then went to the Nanofrom lab where Androvax hoped to release them and they would devour the earth and form a space ship. Luckily Tybo called for Back up and arrested Androvax and stopped the Nanoforms from destroying Earth. (SJA: Prisoner of the Judoon)
