Chantelle was the name of a woman on a reality TV programme. Rose Tyler read the magazine Yikes Mag to keep up with the show, leading her to know much about Chantelle's life.
On one occasion, Chantelle got drunk and ran around naked, while her boyfriend Jonny got in a fight with a bin. A photo of Chantelle being embarrassed over the incident was later published in Yikes Mag, which caught the attention of Rose. Rose later shared her morbid fascination of the incident with Sil.
