The Hourly Telepress was a publication in print in the year 2000. It carried a comic strip featuring the Karkus as the protagonist. Zoe Heriot, a native of 2079, followed the strip regularly prior to becoming a companion of the Second Doctor. (TV: The Mind Robber)

In 2054, the Hourly Telepress smuggled out of the United States of America footage from within a clearing house of the Toy Store, a hangar used to hold alien technology by the United States. (PROSE: Alien Bodies)
