Malcolm was Karen Coltraine's boss at Hulbert Logistics. After being fired, he was exiled to the surface of the planet where Hulbert Logistics was really located. He rescued Lucie Miller and Karen when they were exiled. He was replaced by Jerry Cooper. (AUDIO: Human Resources)
