Mr Giardano was a butcher in Little Italy, New York City in the 1920s.
In 1927, he and his wife let a room to Jack Harkness and Angelo Colasanto after they arrived in the country through Ellis Island. The following year, Mr Giardano hosted the spectacle in his meat locker, where Jack was killed multiple times by members of the community. (TV: Immortal Sins)
