Remnex was an old friend of the Seventh Doctor, and tried to warn him about the Dark Flame. Last time they met was when the Doctor was travelling with Melanie Bush. He was murdered. Slyde then used his body to resurrect Vilus Krull. (AUDIO: The Dark Flame)
