Sallak was Zevron's deputy.

Failing to kill Miranda Dawkins in the 20th century, he was arrested and put in a mental institution. He broke out later to complete his mission. Cornering Miranda, he told her he would never stop trying to kill her, so she shot him. (PROSE: Father Time)
