TubeCorp was an organisation which had authority over trains in the London area in 2050.
In that year, Brook Thomas, head of TubeCorp, appeared on Channel 8 news to announce that all trains were running on time, even those which had left several hours late. Some, she said, were even arriving before they departed. This was actually a side-effect of the time distortions caused by the Oroborus. (TV: Oroborus)
