Andromeda Ross was a member of the Church of the Outsiders and daughter of Steve and Val Ross. She manipulated Gwen Cooper in order to gain access to the Hub, where she planned to open the Rift to give people undeniable proof of the existence of alien life. However, Jack Harkness convinced her that it would be in vain, as nobody really cared about outer space. (AUDIO: Believe)
