Jason Harris

Jason Harris was a resident of the Powell Estate in London, living in a flat above Jackie Tyler. When the Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler returned to visit Jackie, they found Jason hiding in the flat from the ice-monster which was holding the residents trapped in ice. He was himself caught and turned to ice while trying to run from Rose, but like all the residents, he was returned to his former state (if a little bit wet) when the creature was defeated.
