Private Jackson was a UNIT soldier under Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart stationed at Tulloch to investigate the destruction of several nearby oil rigs in the North Sea.
He helped search the Fox Inn for listening devices and later searched the nearby woods for Odda. He later helped to explode depth charges in Loch Ness. (TV: Terror of the Zygons)
