The Thrill-Seeker was a creature that that developed a dependence and fed on the excitement generated by the minds of others. He used a virtual reality simulator in order to generate excitement creating environments, but the Eleventh Doctor ruined his machine and instead introduced him to a whole new world of thrills with comet-surfing.
