This takes place in E-Space, so can we definitively state that it is K9 Mark III in this story? While I acknowledge that one theory is that they didn't immediately leave E-Space after leaving Romana, is that any less of a stretch than this taking place while Romana is still on-board, and she's just elsewhere in the TARDIS?
