Level 9 was a level of the Dalek City. During the Thal-Dalek battle, Ian Chesterton, Barbara Wright, Alydon and Ganatus passed Level 9 on the way to Level 10, the control room. At Level 9, the Thals blocked the intersections from sealing. (TV: The Daleks)
