Welcome to the Tardis:About Najawin

Thanks for your edits! We hope you'll keep on editing with us. This is a great time to have joined us, because now you can play the Game of Rassilon with us and win cool stuff! Well, okay, badges. That have no monetary value. And that largely only you can see. But still: they're cool!

We've got a couple of important quirks for a Wikia wiki, so let's get them out of the way first.
British English, please
We generally use British English round these parts, so if you're American, please be sure you set your spell checker to BrEng, and take a gander at our spelling cheat card.
Spoilers aren't cool
We have a strict definition of "spoiler" that you may find a bit unusual. Basically, a spoiler, to us, is anything that comes from a story which has not been released yet. So, even if you've got some info from a BBC press release or official trailer, it basically can't be referenced here. In other words, you gotta wait until the episode has finished its premiere broadcast to start editing about its contents. Please check the spoiler policy for more details.
Other useful stuff
Aside from those two things, we also have some pages that you should probably read when you get a chance, like:

If you're brand new to wiki editing — and we all were, once! —  you probably want to check out these tutorials at Wikipedia, the world's largest wiki:

Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes like this:
~ ~ ~ ~

Thanks for becoming a member of the TARDIS crew! If you have any questions, see the Help pages, add a question to one of the Forums or ask on my talk page. Shambala108 05:56, May 5, 2020 (UTC)

Block

Hi I guess you don't realize how seriously we take Tardis:Vandalism policy here. Even after I put a general warning, you continued to copy User:DiSoRiEnTeD1's comments to a place he specifically didn't want it after specifically asking you several times not to do it. You're blocked for a week, and just to avoid any future problems, please make sure you are aware of T:SOCK. Thanks Shambala108 02:21, May 21, 2020 (UTC)

Based on your apology and explanation on my talk page at Memory Alpha, I've unblocked you.
When I blocked you, I did leave you the ability to respond here on your talk page. If, God forbid, you ever get blocked again, try responding here first before trying another wiki (just so we don't bother them too much). Thanks Shambala108 02:38, May 21, 2020 (UTC)
Ah, apologies, had no idea. Still a little new to this, so when I saw Danochy telling him not to remove stuff and you chiming in with the same rule I just figured it was directed at him. In the future if someone asks me to not c/p their stuff, for continuity what do you suggest, just ignoring it? Or try to summarize the points so people can still follow along without directly using the words of the user who doesn't want to be attached to it? Najawin 02:45, May 21, 2020 (UTC)
Though as I'm still actually blocked and can edit this that serves as a lovely proof of concept for if there's a next time. Najawin 02:49, May 21, 2020 (UTC)
According to everything I see, you're unblocked. Maybe give it a little bit, then try again? If that doesn't work I'll get in touch with someone who understands technical issues.
And in the future you should never copy someone else's posts unless you are quoting them, including their name, and preferably citing back to the original page. Don't just copy paste as if the other user is making the post themselves. Shambala108 02:52, May 21, 2020 (UTC)
Gotcha. So would:

be an okay format for if I'm trying to move a conversation for continuity? I'm just trying not to step on anyone's toes here.Najawin 02:56, May 21, 2020 (UTC)

TARDIS Eruditorum

Hiya, I saw your edit summary on TARDIS Eruditorum. Just a reminder that {{inuse}} exists should you want to perfect it before anybody else inadvertently messes up your work. Happy editing, --Borisashton 19:48, June 2, 2020 (UTC)

Re

"Awful" and "unreasonable", is that it? Duly noted. Shambala108 02:49, June 10, 2020 (UTC)

Thank you!

Thank You! I am still new to the wiki and am still in the process of adjusting. I accidentally erased the message user Laura had left as I'm not used to the wiki format. Thank you for undoing my "idiotic" mistake! The preceding unsigned comment was added by DoctorQuoi (talk • contribs) .

(I will note for any admins reading this as I know I can be somewhat direct in the forums that "idiotic" was their word, not mine. Just for my peace of mind in case this comes up.) Najawin 06:18, June 13, 2020 (UTC)
