Vita Novus was a health spa. The Fourth Doctor, Romana and K9 met the proprietor, Dame Karna, and one of its customers, Sibella Bing. Romana thought that it seemed remarkably sterile. After Karna was defeated, Sibella converted the spa into a hotel. (AUDIO: The Beautiful People)
