The Third Cyberwar was a conflict between the Cybermen and an expanding human empire. During the early years of the war, Cyberiad-type Cybermen sent hundreds of Cybermats to attack Space Station Hamlyn. However, the Cybermat all lured to defeat by the Second Doctor, using his recorder. (COMIC: The Scruffy Piper)
