The Cyber-engineer was a Cyberman from Pete's World that was part of a group of Cybermen which included a Cyber-Leader. It was speculated that these Cybermen had avoided being sucked into the Void during the Battle of Canary Wharf in 2007. (PROSE: Made of Steel)
