Schadenfreude

Schadenfreude, also called epicaricacy, was the enjoyment of another's misfortune. The Sixth Doctor used this to comedic effect, when once juggling water balloons around small children.

Katy Bell first experienced schadenfreude first-hand when she tried to do her eyeliner on the bus to school, and others laughed at her. (AUDIO: The Carrionite Curse)

According to the Eleventh Doctor, the Gallifreyan language could not account for some human social concepts, like schadenfreude. (COMIC: The Tragical History Tour)
