The papyrus found in Andicapp's tomb. (NOTVALID: Who Was 'Ere!)

During their investigation of the Doctor in popular culture and mythology, Tim Quinn and Dicky Howett uncovered the lost tomb of the Egyptian pharaoh Andicapp, where they found a papyrus dating back to 1000 BC or so. It depicted, among other things, the Fifth Doctor and a Cyberman. (NOTVALID: Who Was 'Ere!)
