Battle-Major Streg was a high-ranking Sontaran member of the Supremo's Alliance. Having come to greatly respect the Supremo during their campaign, he sacrificed himself to save the Supremo during the final battle. His last words were to thank the Supremo for giving him the dual honour of a place in a legendary battle and a glorious death. In recognition of Streg's bravery, the Supremo insisted he be given a full funeral with honours rather than the traditional Sontaran approach of discarding his remains in a burial pit with other dead Sontarans.
