Time Lord intelligentsia

The Time Lord Intelligentsia is the Time Lord's ability to tune their Reflex Link (a portion of the brain) with other Time Lords, creating a network of "a thousand super-brains in one". While miniaturized and traveling through the Fourth Doctor's brain, the Fourth Doctor's clone told Leela's clone that he had lost the ability to tune his Reflex Link with other Time Lords when "they kicked me--" (he does not finish the sentence.)
