Dalek High Command a term used for the strategic leadership of the Dalek Empire at various times of its history.

History

Dalek High Command masterminded attempts to infiltrate Earth's popular culture to facilitate a Dalek invasion of the planet from 1965 onwards. A series of memos from this increasingly-ragged plan was intercepted and translated by David J. Howe. (PROSE: The Dalek Invasion of Toyshops)

During the Fall of Arcadia towards the end of the Last Great Time War, a Dalek intended to inform High Command that they had intercepted the War Doctor, only to be destroyed soon after. (TV: The Day of the Doctor)

After the Daleks had returned to, and rebuilt, a post-Time-War Skaro, Bors, a human from Essex in 1138 turned Dalek puppet, informed High Command that the Doctor's TARDIS had been located. (TV: The Magician's Apprentice)
