A Sensorite city on the Sense Sphere was once visited by the First Doctor and his companions. The city was governed by the City Administrator who was subservient to the First and Second Elders. The city had ten districts which were named numerically (First District, Second District, etc.).
The city was surrounded by yellow mountains, in which the First Elder discovered a pure spring which provided water for the Elders. Beneath the city was an aqueduct which provided water for the rest of the Sensorites. (TV: The Sensorites)
