When he was missing on active service, Troy Tempest was last seen by Phones Sheridan and Stingray heading for Titanica in his search for the kidnapped Atlanta Shore. Phones radioed Marineville to inform them of this and that he had heard nothing since. (PROSE: Tempest Awarded V.M.)
