Mezenskie was a Bereznik soldier and spy active in the 2040s.
Agent Twenty One of the Universal Secret Service discovered that there was a plot to kill both the World President and the Astran Kaplan when he overheard Mezenskie joking about it whilst infiltrating the rocket base of Mikhal. He later participated in the completion of the Andromeda Project on Astra in order to achieve this aim although Twenty One recognised him immediately. Realising this, Debbie Latimer, the other Bereznik agent, killed him so that he could never divulge his secrets. (COMIC: Andromeda Or Die)
