Heinz was a police officer in northern Germany in the late 2040s.
He was the pilot of the helijet sent to a farmhouse to arrest former Agent Twenty One of the Universal Secret Service, who there was a ten thousand dollar reward out for. Upon touching down, Heinz observed that the farmhouse looked quiet and was told to stay in the helijet while the two other officers with him talked to those inside. Although he saw Twenty One approaching him in his mirrors, he was too slow to shoot him and was incapacitated by Twenty One, who stole the helijet and began his journey to Bereznik, where he would be able to take revenge for Tina Palamac's murder.
