This Dalek was tricked by the Doctor into falling into a tunnel, allowing the TARDIS crew to escape Aridius. (TV: The Chase) A Dalek, likely the same one, was found in the intensive care unit on the Dalek Asylum planet. (TV: Asylum of the Daleks)
