Solpado was a Time Lord who worked for the Division.
She met with Tecteun and the Timeless Child and explained to them that the Division was a top secret organisation and did not have any official operatives. This meeting was preserved inside the Matrix and observed by the Thirteenth Doctor and the Spy Master. However, much of it was redacted and replaced by a visual filter. (TV: The Timeless Children)
