Ingmar Knopf was a Hollywood film director.

While Knopf was directing a scene of his latest film, concerning an Arab sheik and a vamp, he was interrupted by Steinberger P. Green, who was searching for Steven Taylor and Sara Kingdom.

Knopf later mistook the First Doctor for Professor Webster. (TV: The Daleks' Master Plan)
