Ultima was originally Todd Calavero's grandmother before Goralschai left him in an oxbow existence as part of the Quincunx. After this occurred, she was the grandmother of Primo de la Vega instead. She helped Primo with damage to his soul and taught him how to travel to Tlalocan in order to acquire his nagual. (PROSE: Against Nature)
