Shoggoth was the creations of H. P. Lovecraft in one of his novels. They could wipe out humanity. The Sixth Doctor and Flip Jackson encountered a version of them created by the Somnifax in Lovecraft's mind. (AUDIO: The Lovecraft Invasion)
