Professor Feedlam was a scientist who worked at the Kiria City university on Urbinia.
In an alternate timeline in which the First Doctor spent three months on Urbinia, he befriended Feedlam while at the university. On the night before the Dalek invasion of Urbinia, the two attended the birthday party pf Chancellor Atrias. They were in high-spirits after Feedlam discovered a new colour, which the Doctor described as "a little bit green and a little bit black... a sort of mauve." (AUDIO: Daughter of the Gods)
