Rename proposal

I'd argue that, in a similar vein to what has been proposed concerning the renaming of Dalek Time Strategist and Dalek Time Strategist (The Shadow Vortex), it would be better to leave this page's name as it is, and instead simply create a page called Dalek Prime Minister (title), given that Dalek Prime Ministers aren't a common rank/species, therefore a dab term for this page isn't necessary.
