Lucinda was a Trakenite, wife of Tremas and mother of Nyssa, to whom she was giving birth when she died. (PROSE: Empire of Death) Following her death, Tremas stopped cultivating his extensive gardens. (PROSE: Asylum)

The Creatures on the Other Side showed Nyssa a hallucination of Lucinda made from the darkest parts of her own subconscious. The hallucination told Nyssa that she had been killed by Nyssa's psychic powers during her pregnancy. (PROSE: Empire of Death)
