58 Landsmeer Terrace was a property in London which was, unlike the odd numbers of the street, largely undamaged by the bombs in World War II. It was home to a tobacconist who was blown to smithereens in 1943 whilst walking his dog, Lucky.

In the 1950s, the tobacconist's daughter periodically visited the property. Lizbeth Hayhoe arranged for a package that she was tracking to be sent to Number 58 instead of Number 53, although it would first arrive at Room 13. (AUDIO: Parasite)
