King Muggy was a gang boss in 2220s Notting Hill.
When Sassparilla brought the Bruce Master and Lila Kreeg to him, he demanded to know who they were and was manipulated into negotiations with the Master. He agreed to work with him but, not wanting to look weak to others at Notting Hill, he listened with the Master's suggestion that he kill Lila and was about to when Vienna Salvatori and Artie arrived.
