Frank's mother (Daleks in Manhattan)

Frank's mother lived in Tennessee with her husband. They had several children with Frank being the oldest.

Frank's father died before 1930, leaving his mother unable to afford to feed all her children. To help his mother, Frank left Tennessee for New York City. (TV: Daleks in Manhattan)
