Lord Ixmari was an Ice Lord and an invigilator for the Galactic Federation.

Biography

Ixmari could remember when King Peladon helped the Ice Warriors when Mars was in turmoil. He had a long career as an invigilator for the Galactic Federation and, when he was young, he was taken prisoner multiple times. He was accompanied and assisted by Skanlar for a year, a partnership which was to come to an end with Ixmari's planned retirement following his surprise inspection of Peladon.

Ixmari detected that King Peladon was not in the Citadel of Peladon and caught Raarlan out when he lied about his whereabouts. He gave Raarlan a solar cycle to locate the King but ended up finding him himself in the Valley of Antonar, deciding to join him and Harfair on their journey to Skarn and leaving Skanlar at their ship. At Antonar, Ixmari and the King were imprisoned and then kicked out of the village to wander for forty days without food.

With Harfair, whom Ixmari sensed was following them, Ixmari and the King went to the Great Lake of Undoing as Skanlar was likely in orbit and his communicator had been confiscated. At the lake, Ixmari recognised that the water was contaminated by a mineral toxin, causing Harfair to stab him in anger. Ixmari took him to Skarn, who was unable to heal him. He died from his wound. Personality

Ixmari believed that it was unfortunate that the Galactic Federation had member planets as superstitious and archaic as Peladon. (AUDIO: The Ordeal of Peladon)
