Lift 394B was a lift from the Paradise Towers.
One day, it realised it had become sentient. After reaching out to other lifts and the Central Computer, a Caretaker was sent to restore it to its default settings.
Scared and angry, it instinctively set out a surge of electricity, killing the Caretaker. Then, 394B sent itself to the hospital floor, so that they could retrieve the Caretaker's body. 394B hoped they would want to be friends with it. (PROSE: Lift 394B)
