Leofric was one of the men-at-arms of the 12th century Earl Godfrey.
He was part of the party sent into the forest to look for Osbert after he and Sergeant Alfred were attacked by a "wolf-creature". The group soon came upon a distinct monster from the one Alfred and Osbert had seen, but similarly green — in actuality Osbert himself after he had been taken over by a Krynoid just like the wolf he and Alfred had earlier encountered. The Krynoid effortlessly killed Leofric before wounding another man-at-arms, Edmund. (AUDIO: The Green Man)
