Rassilon (Regenerators' timeline)

On an alternative Gallifrey, Rassilon was a Regenerator who began the creation of the Eye of Harmony and built a prototype TARDIS. He placed both in a validium dome beneath the Panopticon to contain the Krilig before he was assassinated. (AUDIO: Forever)
