"Poem girl" is a title based upon conjecture.

Check the behind the scenes section, the revision history and discussion page for additional comments on this article's title.

"A horse and a man, above, below. One has a plan, but both must go. Mile after mile, above, beneath. One has a smile, and one has teeth. Though the man above might say hello, expect no love from the beast below..." - The Poem Girl's poem

The Poem girl was a girl on a screen who recited a poem about the Beast on a vator in the Starship UK when Timmy tried to use a vator to get to London and was sent down to the Beast. Whether or not the girl was alive at the time is unknown. (DW: The Beast Below)

  • The Poem Girl is assumed to be an homage to the Test Card Girl, who appeared on a test card used on television in the UK and elsewhere for more than four decades, usually while there was no on-air programming.
